Brent Dover

Brent Dover
President


Mr. Dover has worked in the field of Healthcare Information Technology for 18 years and now serves as Medicity’s President, responsible for company-wide operations. Previous to being promoted to President at Medicity, Mr. Dover held the position of EVP, Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Medicity, Mr. Dover held the position of Vice President at Eclipsys Corporation and later took on added responsibilities as the General Manager for the Disease Management Division. Prior to Eclipsys, Mr. Dover served as an Area Vice President of Sales at Sunquest Information Systems, where he was responsible for the complete sales cycle for both new business and installed-base business for the eastern United States.

 

David Urry

David Urry
Chief Financial Officer


Like other team members, Mr. Urry brings a seasoned blend of entrepreneurial activities and large company experience to his role at Medicity. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Urry spent 10 years at American Airlines, in successive positions of responsibility. As a Director, he developed accounting procedures for both American and Canadian Airlines and evaluated internal and external e-commerce and productivity solutions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Urry worked with Hewlett Packard as a financial analyst in the United States and as a marketing engineer in Japan after the startup venture he joined out of college was acquired by HP. Mr. Urry received his Master's of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.

Scott Holbrook

Scott Holbrook
Executive Vice President - Customer Relations Officer


Mr. Holbrook is the Executive Vice President of Medicity. He is responsible for all customer experiences in the company that provides health care web products to RHIOs, IDNS, large laboratories, payors, hospitals and clinics. Mr. Holbrook has over 35 years experience in healthcare IT. His experience has been with both vendor and healthcare provider organizations. He built a multiple hospital system at Intermountain Health Care called MedSeries; was the thought leader and a key executive at Sunquest during the 1990’s including the customer support model; one of the founders and owners of KLAS; founded a consulting and web services/integration firm. Mr. Holbrook is currently a member of the HIMSS Enterprise Solution Committee and the HIMSS Analytics Board.

 

Robert Connely

Robert Connely
Senior Vice President


Robert is a dynamic business leader, innovator, and visionary with over 25 years of experience in healthcare information and networking technology. Robert co-founded Novo in 2003 to pioneer the use of intelligent software agents to meet the challenges of health information exchange between hospitals, physicians and others in the healthcare community. Prior to Novo, Robert was a senior technology leader at McKesson and recognized expert in portal and integration technologies. While there, he was responsible for the invention of several successful products that are used by hospitals and physicians across the country. He has spoken extensively about emerging technologies and how they can be used to address challenges and improve performance. Novo and Medicity merged January 2009.

 

David Duntz

Mr. Duntz is an experienced healthcare veteran, responsible for Medicity’s professional services team whose job is the implementation and configuration of Medicity software solutions, customer support, and account management. He joined Medicity with the acquisition of Park City Solutions eSolutions Division where he had been serving in various operational roles until appointed VP Operations. Prior to Park City Solutions, Duntz had been a Senior Project Manager at First Choice Consulting. He began his career at Cerner Corporation.

 

Rebecca Little

Rebecca Little

Rebecca Little is responsible for leading Medicity’s efforts in the RHIO/HIE market segment including strategy, marketing, business alliances and partnerships. Prior to her current role, Ms. Little held a variety of leadership positions within Park City Solutions which was acquired by Medicity in January 2006. Prior to joining Park City Solutions, Ms. Little was employed by a leading healthcare IT consulting and outsourcing firm. Ms. Little has served in various roles in the healthcare information technology field over over 20 years; experience includes interoperability solutions, data warehousing, enterprise-wide integrated clinical and financial systems, and ancillary applications in laboratory, radiology, and emergency department.

Ms. Little participates on the Northern Virginia RHIO Infrastructure Advisory Board, the NHIN Trial Implementation Leadership and Communication Workgroup, is a HIMSS member, and participated on the eHealth Initiative’s Katrina states advisory panel.

 

Greg Miller

Greg Miller is Senior Vice President at Medicity, Inc., a subsidiary of Aetna Corporation and a leading Health Information Exchange technology provider. For 27 years, Mr. Miller has partnered with hospitals, health systems and other provider organizations, as they seek to improve the cost, quality and safety of healthcare delivery, through enabling technologies. Mr. Miller has a wealth of experience helping organizations develop IT strategic plans, design solutions, develop deployment plans, manage projects and market solutions. His experience spans clinical, financial and operational areas, across acute and ambulatory care settings, ranging from rural hospitals to the largest health systems and leading IDNs nationwide. Mr. Miller has held executive positions in leading healthcare IT firms, such as Transition Systems (TSI), Healthlink, IBM and Picis.

 

Carol Owen

Senior Vice President Product Management


As a healthcare industry veteran, Ms. Owen is a dynamic leader with experience developing and implementing technology products and services for medical practices, hospitals, and laboratories. Prior to joining Medicity, she served as Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Avio Corporation, where she led the design of ambulatory clinical solutions for physician practices. Ms. Owen has served as a patient educator for Intermountain Health Care and medical recruiter for FHP. She has held many managerial positions, including manager of physician recruiting for Orlando Healthcare Group, manager of license & technical recruiting and manager of plan enrollment for FHP. She received her bachelor's degree in patient education from the University of Utah.

 

Ashish V. Shah

Ashish V. Shah
Senior Vice President & Chief Architect


Ashish has served as Medicity’s Senior Vice President and Chief Architect since 2006. He oversees product development and is responsible for aligning strategic platform architecture with emerging standards and specifications. Ashish also drives Medicity’s participation on workgroups spanning ONC-led initiatives such as NHIN Exchange and the Direct Project. He advises senior technology leaders for many public and private HIE initiatives on strategic technology direction for meeting care coordination objectives and improving population health. He is a frequent presenter on the topic of health information exchange.

Before joining Medicity, Ashish served as an Enterprise Architect with Diamond Management and Technology Consultants and in various software engineering capacities for Microsoft, Boeing, and Apollo Solutions (currently CNet Channel Services).

 

Mark Hanna

With over 17 years experience in Healthcare Technology Mr. Hanna brings tremendous industry knowledge and leadership to Medicity's Business Development Team. Having joined MEDITECH in 1994 he managed acute, ambulatory and home care/telehealth sales responsibilities. In 2000 Mr. Hanna led the transition of MEDITECH's Home Care business to Patient Care Technologies, Inc. where he led the company's business development, sales and marketing teams for eight years and was instrumental in bringing a number of new products and services to market. In 2008 Mr. Hanna joined Novo Innovations, where he led Novo's national sales organization. Today Mr. Hanna manages Medicity's iNexx Channel Management organization.

 

Lilian Myers

Senior Vice President Strategy & Planning


Ms. Myers brings 25 years of entrepreneurial, executive, and tech industry marketing experience to her role at Medicity. Myers joined Medicity in 2008 to head the company's planned consumer subsidiary, Allviant. There she led the development of the CarePass® consumer convenience technology. Her healthcare technology roots began at Microsoft and led to her participation as a co-founder in ambulatory practice and clinical information vendor Visteon.

Today Myers leads a team that develops and delivers market research, marketing initiatives and activities across all Medicity products and services.

Prior to Allviant, Myers served as associate director of University of Central Florida's Venture Lab. She has also been a consultant to Microsoft and other companies in the area of strategy and acquisition targeting, as well as chief marketing officer for online commerce leader Channel Intelligence.

 

Jim Dwyer

Mr. Dwyer leads business development and service delivery for strategic national accounts. Mr. Dwyer brings 20 years of experience in healthcare technology, operations and management consulting. Most recently he served as a partner with CSC's healthcare payer and provider practice. Before joining CSC, Mr. Dwyer was a partner with First Consulting Group (FCG), where he led the Application Services practice. His experience also includes eight years as the CIO and Vice President of a Nashville, Tenn., healthcare services firm. Mr. Dwyer received his MBA with honors from the University of Southern California and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Oregon.
